The Banja Luka construction company Aragosta Invest will invest in construction of more than 300 flats in several attractive locations in Banja Luka in the next three years, said Veljko Jarić, manager of Aragosta invest, for eKapija.
The year 2018 will be our big come back speaking of the real estate market in Banja Luka. We have submitted a request for construction of a building near the Faculty of Economics, where, in the first phase we will be building 75 apartments, and as many in the second. Having completed the big projects for foreign investors, we are returning to the Banja Luka market and are preparing more construction sites. All will be according to the “turnkey” principle, which means that we are both designers, contractors and investors”, Jaric said.
Besides the mentioned location, this company plans construction of the buildings in three more locations in the next two or three years. The designs are being prepared, so, according to Jarić, in one location the plan is to build a building of 8.500 m2 of area, while in Nova Varoš, a residential-office unit with 6.000m2 of space has been plan and one more big residential-office complex of 25.000 m2 in the town center, with a view of the Castle (Kastel). The latter depends on the modification of the urban regulatory plan.
According to Jarić, the price of a square meter for apartments will be from 2000 to 2.500 KM.
Aragosta Invest has been present in the real estate and building construction market since 1990. Besides building residential-office structures, they have been contractors of works on medical institutions – soon they will be finishing a job on the RS University-Clinical Center, where they were the prime contractor. This major endeavor implied reconstruction of 55.000m2 of area and construction of 18.000m2 of the new area.
They say with pride that they are the contractor for construction works on the desulphurization project in RiTE Ugljevik, an 80 million EUR-worth investment.
